NEXEN TIRE NAMED NUMBER ONE TIRE MANUFACTURER BY THE ‘GLOBAL CUSTOMER SATISFACTION INDEX’ FOR FOURTEENTH YEAR IN A ROW

NEXEN TYRE, a leading tire manufacturer, announced that it has been named the top tyre brand for South Korea’s 2023 Global Customer Satisfaction Competency Index (GCSI). For fourteen years in a row, the company has been ranked first.

The GCSI research institution, now in its nineteenth year, is organized annually by South Korea’s Ministry of Trade Industry and Energy (MOTIE) to evaluate factors such as customer satisfaction, consumer values, global competitiveness, and brand loyalty in order to select the top companies.

NEXEN TIRE has been recognized for its ‘Next Level’ program, a tire rental service launched in 2015 and a first in the Korean tire industry. Customers can also visit a nearby auto shop for regular tire condition and air pressure checks under the ‘Next Level’ program.

In addition, in 2020, the company was the first in the domestic industry to implement ‘Next Level GO,’ a contactless installation service. The premium service sends tire experts to the location of the customer’s vehicle with vehicles outfitted with cutting-edge equipment to replace tires.
